I don't know why several reviews highlighted bad or unpleasant customer service. We were just fantastic. Although it turned out that the most important thing we came for, i.e. guides, you found in your scraps a perfect guide for a broken tip and glued it (and he didn't even want money for that). In addition, although he could not find it initially, after a while he found the rod exactly what my son wanted to buy (a 3-meter seven-piece telescope without a reel for PLN 30)
