I do not recommend! A rude owner and a cheater. He claimed that there is a carbon monoxide sensor in the room where we were supposed to sleep, there was no sensor. The room with the fireplace, the exhaust did not work well what you could feel right at the entrance. When after 15 minutes some alarm went off in the boiler room and there was more and more smoke in the air, we gave up our stay. He threw us out of the room spitting profanity and did not give the whole money back. Someone will be poisoned there someday, I warn everyone against using the services of this "little hotel".

Conditions OK, the pictures correspond to the actual situation, close to everything, of course, walk to the lake 3 minutes, hall 5. The owner of a concrete and factual, you can get along. If someone has a four-legged friend, you can take him with you. Only you need to inform 😁. In general, if someone wants to spend time nice, cheap and pleasant, I recommend it.
