In my case, ELED demonstrated an unprofessional and irresponsible approach. The owner made an appointment with me three days in a row and did not show up three times. Not once did he let us know about changes in his plans. Telephone conversations abounded in strange explanations ("colleague got sick", "colleague wrote the time incorrectly", "I ordered a colleague, I do not know why he did not come, you can call", "I am on a delegation outside the city and I will not be able to come"). Ultimately, Mr. Artur (colleague of the owner) appeared at my place, unfortunately informing me that his colleague (owner) had misdescribed the nature of his work and he did not have the right cables, so he has to postpone the repair. He didn't appear on the day we agreed then.

Mr. Edward has signed a contract with me to replace the installation in an apartment, in a block of flats. Not prepared to meet with the client - he had no contract forms, no company letter, he did not have a notebook for inventory of the apartment. He wrote the contract by hand in one copy - I was left to take a picture by phone. He demanded PLN 500 to buy the material; I had PLN 100 but Mr. Edward accepted the money eagerly. After two days I called Mr. Edward informing him that someone from my family offered to do the service at the cost of the material and Mr. Edward came out with the offer to return the advance himself. Unfortunately, the promise ended. During today's telephone conversation, Mr. Edward withdrew from the given word earlier and said that PLN 100 is a fee for advice, which, incidentally, he did not give me, because he took the sketch with the arrangement of the sockets with him. I don't know what a professional Mr. Edward is, but my experience with him is negative.

Mr. Edward made lighting installation and full internet cabling at our company. We are very satisfied with the service, everything is done professionally and you can see that he has an idea of what he is doing and not just reproducing what he was taught. We recommend!
