The lady in the office was very nice, but she was a nice clerk service without any professionalism appropriate to the circumstances of the death of a loved one. I lacked, apart from condolences, respect and gentleness towards the sad 'customer'. Such a company should develop standards and principles of professional service other than clerical service. Already young men who came for the body knew how to behave better.

It may not be right to put an opinion on an establishment that hides people. I would prefer to review a new car or at least a doctor, but everyone has their own profession - and if it does it well, then you have to write about it. I recommend Archon, but I would like to use it as rarely as possible - it's probably understandable.
I do not think I've ever thought that I would write an opinion about a funeral parlor, but my mother told me to do it because she can not do it herself. Recently was the funeral of her mother, or my grandmother. The funeral was organized by this establishment and we want to issue a positive opinion and recommend it to others. Everything was as it should be.
