Worst customer service - shocking experience! I went to get petrol and as I paid by card I clearly asked for an invoice. I then left the counter you get a pack of cough sweets and returned 5-secs later only to see the cashier serving someone else. I ask for my invoice and the rather indifferent lady claims she didn’t hear. ’Ok, so where is my reciept?’. She replied she has thrown it away. I asked again for my invoice and was then blamed for this situation and when the even ruder manager arrived, it got worse. I have never experienced such a lack of customer care, decency and professionalism. I finally got my invoice, but even then they tried to make out I had caused a fuss. Customer care training is badly needed as until I see a change, will not be going back there.
