I was in Wroclaw for the weekend and decided that I would take a Yoga class as part of the trip. The space is fab for doing Yoga I really liked that it was so bright and had natural light.
I was at the 9:00 Saturday morning class and the teacher was excellent. She gave some attention to everyone and even thought I was not able to understand Polish I could fully participate in the class.
The view of the city from the studio is relaxing, and the large open space is perfect! Warning: sometimes it does get crowded!
I cannot imagine my life without this place and Marysia. I recommend

A very good yoga school. But it knows if regular practice begins. Classes are always made and conducted in line with the energy of people who come to the room. There are crowds, but this proves the quality and professionalism of the classes. I recommend it to anyone who thinks about starting a yoga adventure. In the factory, you can start with a beginner's preparatory course or simply come to the beginner's classes and walk regularly. It is worth coming - month / two months and see the entire system of classes, then decide whether it is an dorga with which you want to work with yourself, with your body, with emotions;)
