Staff able to communicate English language. Also helpful when it is not busy. I would say there is still way to improve (more staff members could be an option)
Lack of help. Busy walking around
The place has everything you could want from a Reno store. Great selection, most items in stock, prices are good but be aware that small towns sometimes have higher prices then their large town store on some items so if you are in a large city you are getting a better deal.
