On December 18, 2020, I was shopping in the Apart Exclusive store in Galeria Dominikańska, I was served by Mrs. Małgorzate Szybiak who, with a lot of patience, kindness and a smile, devoted a lot of time to me, which meant that I bought again / I have a PLATINUM card / beautiful jewelry. I am delighted with both the service and the jewelry, it is a real pleasure to buy in this salon.

I have never been treated so badly in any store. Customer service is the bottom of the bottom and a kilometer of silt. Offended, grumpy matrons approaching the client with superiority. But what to expect when the whole company fails. And there is absolutely no help. And critical comments are automatically deleted, be it from facebook or yt. In a secinda. You only have the right to be delighted.
