Together with my fiancée on Saturday 08.02.20 around 17.30 we were in w.kruk. We came across very unpleasant service. The employees treated us as if they were working there as a punishment. Very not nice and not helpful service.

The Kruk company is proud of two centuries of tradition. However, the salesmen working there do not bring pride to their employer. I received an SMS about the possibility of receiving the advertised product. After three days I appear with the intention of picking up the ring and you say that he is not there. I can come again in an hour. Your behavior is far from standard.
