Good location, product selection and prices. The staff is nice and helpful, even though their English is not the best.
We had a problem with a ring stuck on a finger. The shop assistant was really willing to help us. They cut the ring very well so that it can be repaired. Thank you very much!!!
Good start, poor finish. Service on this occasion was not executed according to plan. I sent instructions for engraving which were accepted by the staff member but they were not followed which I found out about 2 hours before the collection of my ring. Engraving on my ring was not what I ordered therefore 2 stars.
I believe that anyone who wants to choose something for themselves or their loved ones should immediately go to this jeweler. Service at the highest level, assistance in the selection of rings, no problems in the event of correction. I heartily recommend!
