Very nice inside and modern library. The service is nice and the atmosphere is generally pleasant. I recommend using this branch.

I belong to the library for a long time, a very pleasant place, where I have often been. Nice, cozy, well-equipped. Unfortunately, I can not say too much about the service. The right thing is about one lady, which I always get trouble with. Every time I feel reluctant, I do not know if it is due to age difference or some other reason. In any case, she is always extremely dry, she answers questions with grace, she did not want to borrow a book, she sticks to something every time. Ever since I remember, there has never been a situation where she smiled at me or did not cling to something during my visit to the library. Once she gave me the wrong date of the book's return (I know it for sure because I had a recorded date on the phone), and then when I had to pay the penalty, I felt really bad because it acted like it was some kind of offense (and it was not even from my guilt). I will not come to this library anymore, because I really do not like it when someone treats the client in this way. As a person who also works with people, I advise you to take the crown off your head and treat younger people the same way as the older ones, because we are not worse or worse than you.

Hello. Such a place which is not enough. Spacious, bright, colorful with a play corner for children. A large selection of books, helpful, kind Ladies_For Kids - Welcome book when the kid is the first time! Just choose and read read read. Regards

Quite a nice library with nice staff, nice decor and a children's corner, the possibility of using computers. I have a little dissatisfaction with the collections. I miss books in my fields of interest and a larger selection of foreign language books and multimedia. Too little too short in my opinion opening hours.
