Very unpleasant lady manager, she has been unfriendly for many years. I offered this library a large collection of books and trilogies, and in return even this lady did not say thank you. It is noisy, even in the reading room it conducts private conversations on the phone, disturbing other readers. However, there is one nice lady who is very polite, helpful and good advice. She should be the manager, not the lady who is now.

Nice and helpful Lord, though there could be more news. Edit: The manager is less and less nice, but she is dry in her daily duties. She also did not want to accept dozens of new books in perfect condition, explaining that she did not have enough space.

Przesympatyczne Lord librarians, always happy to help in finding the selected book. There is a nice atmosphere here. This is my favorite branch in Wrocław :-)
