I dislike anyone buying shoes in this store, some time ago I bought shoes there for PLN 420, the shoes started to peel off after 3 months after giving them back for warranty, they were immediately dismissed, the warranty card did not even bear the signature of any expert, which proves that the shoes no one judged, after writing the appeal, he also gets a refusal to book, but there is nothing in the refusal except that the sizer team JUST NOT AGREE WITH MY APPEAL and that I can fight through the courts ... I ADVISE THIS STORE tragedy

The choice of sports shoes for this gallery is not bad. However, the service is poor - it cannot advise or find substitutes, and finding the right size in the back room takes a few minutes. The biggest problem, however, is the approach to the customer. Shoes for almost PLN 400 (Nike Air) fell apart after 2 months of use along the sole. The complaint was not accepted because - attention - it was found that the damage was caused by ... throwing them into the washing machine (which of course did not happen).

During today's shopping, the seller took advantage of the fact that my attention was focused on a different situation and by selling me a pair of Converses, which had a price of PLN 249.99 (and in fact they were discounted at PLN 212), he decided to push me two packages of socks, informing me that there is a promotion for them and they cost only PLN 7.50, so I paid 257.49 for the total. Before making the payment, I asked to make sure that I was actually paying $ 7.50 for two packages. I received an affirmative answer to my question. After leaving the store, I realized that the price of the shoes was much lower, and I paid several times more for the packaging of the socks. It is a pity that I was lied to in such a brazen way. Tactics as from the call center from 10 years ago. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, a failure with the shoe complaint! Complaint rejected. I had it written that it was a mechanical damage. I have never washed these shoes in the washing machine and the seller replies that it is the result of detergents. I am asking how to clean shoes that are made of fabric ??? Only with water, I do not think. I will add that the shoes were washed 3 times by hand! I do not know if it makes sense to appeal, because when I read the NEGATIVE reviews about this store (and most are negative) it probably does not make sense. the seller is responsible, not a shoe technician. I advise and warn all those who want to buy in this store to avoid it !!!!

I heartily do not recommend it! The quality of the offered products is highly doubtful, I wonder if they have anything in common with the original products. The competence and approach of the service are downright dramatic. The problem in the entire Sizeer chain begins when the customer bought the goods and left the checkout with him ...
