I do not recommend, the service devoid of any customer service standards - even cynical and arrogant behavior, in particular the "attendant" in a sweater with a complete lack of knowledge and tragic communication between employees, which in our case resulted in a hole in the wall that was prepared for the equipment that was offered and ensured about availability, and ultimately does not exist. The situation is so hopeless as the dimensions and location of the equipment was unique, it is difficult to find a replacement at this point.
I recommend any store other than RTV EURO AGD ..
I bought airpods, an apple watch, an electric grill, a vacuum cleaner, a dishwasher and today a TV in this store. The equipment offer in stores does not differ much. The key to a successful shopping experience is a team of advisers. Today, Mr. Mateusz and Mr. Krzysztof have sold ice to an Eskimo. I bought a TV more expensive than I intended, but it was perfectly suited to my needs. Mr. Mateusz patiently answered the questions, showed the differences between cheap and good, and Mr. Krzysztof showed on an example why this TV should be bought. I always check the offer on the Internet, I compare, and in the end I buy in this store anyway, although I have other closer. Today's decision was praised by my friends, experts on the subject. The professional and kind help of the entire team distinguishes this shop from others. I recommend !!!
