After 2 weeks after I asked when it would be, the answer was "for tomorrow" ... of course "tomorrow" did not exist ... for 4 days no contact with the seller, then I received an email that the payment was not made! (Tomorrow there will be a product at Mrs.A's in 4 days, it turns out that there is no payment! - which was complete nonsense!) I resigned from the order, asking for a refund ... silence ... what I receive in a few days a product that I no longer needed, because I had to buy another ... in response, I received a message that I was getting the product and my money back. There is no money from mid-June until today! More than two months! I advise against shopping in this company! Take the money And have a customer in "deep respect" - that should be the company's motto! I do not recommend! I will report the matter to Allegro!

Hello, I would like to share with you the opinion about the company ONARIS and its owner Jan Klimowicz. As if I could evaluate the work of this Lord for - 100 stars. As for me, this is an incompetent person, not nice at closer acquaintance and not keeping the word. August 20, 2018 I ordered a baptismal chain with a immortelle and engraving for godson. The order concerned the immortelle, the pendant chain, the tie type pendants, the dedication on the box. After making the transfer, I described in detail my requirements in the email to Mr. Jan K. M.in. I made a request to leave space for the engraver after the colon and between the Rh unit, i understood it so a blood group: Rh break. After which it turned out that all the requests Mr. Jan K. has a deep respect also is not worth anything to expect from him, because he does not count on the customer's opinion at all. Before ordering, Mr. Jan K. assured me that he would be able to complete the order in 4 days, which ultimately prompted me to place an order, which I regret to this day. Time has shown that Mr. Jan K. absolutely does not stick to the word and the deadline, because the time of implementation lasted 24 days, i.e. almost a month. From August 21 to September 13, the time of the implementation of one immortelle with a chain and engraving, during this time contact with Mr Jan K. was very slight and difficult. I was constantly sold out: late delivery of blades, trips of the seller for holidays (without closing all matters in the company), lack of information on the stage of the process of my order, breaking the head in the company, computer breakdown after 17 days it turned out that it is just starting to do this engraver, and a few days earlier I got messages that he did and that he would send the next day. On September 13, I finally got my order. Then the next day I sent back the product and filed complaints in the form of an e-mail. M. In. the receipt was badly displayed, the lack of a tie for which I paid 10 zlotys, the tablet with the dedication in the box on allegro was on the whole box in my box was a tiny plate in the middle of which it was practically impossible to read, no longer say that in front immortelle was engraved date three times larger than the quotation, and the quote was made in the center of the dog tag was visible only with a closer closer look, and unfortunately the break I explicitly requested in the order was not included. In response to the complaint, Mr. Jan K. did not send a clear decision or date of complaint processing. In one e-mail he stated that he would exchange the goods that he was made wrongly, and not that he was well made. 15 days after complaining and practically no contact from Mr. Jan K. I asked a friend to intervene in my case. When he went personally to the point of sale, it turned out that my order had not been unpacked at all, and before me the Lord assured me that he had already taken care of me. After this visit Mr. Jan K. stated that he would replace the badge and make a new engraver. I have not seen the new chain or money back to today and probably will not see. The paradox is that Mr. Jan K. recognized that the engraver was made correctly and that the blood group can be engraved after the Rh unit. Please tell me if anyone has seen a blood group saved in a Rh B + example. During 5 years of studying Obstetrics I have not met with such a thing and I think that in medicine it is used as a reprehensible mistake. In addition, Mr. Jan K. wanted to give back some of the amount he admitted to making a mistake, so I do not know why he did not want to return the whole amount. I do not have time or inclination to think about it with Mr. Jan K., that's why he used it terribly and feeds on it. I strongly and completely discourage all contact with this man and this company.
