Bell is use at emergency signal by local fire station, but history of that artifact is more strange. That hanging parts of "bell"has been provide as a gas bottle, to accommodate hundreds of liters poison chlorine gas, lots of those been use by Kaiser German troops in spring in1915 to broken up Russian strong points, opposite bank of Rawka river. After Greate War locals cut off bottom parts of bottle and now is a bell. It's clear proof of first place where chlorine gas been use on eastern front around Bolimów. Worth to see!

Fire bell - one of Bolimów's super curiosities! Made from the lower half of a technical gas cylinder, it is known after findings from 2018 that it was not a chlorine transport cylinder used as a war chemical during World War I and was not used in combat for gassing in May 1915 in combat operations near Bolimow. Brought to Bolimów by Stefan Konopczyński, exact date unknown, but certainly before World War II. Cylinder manufactured in 1914 by Linde, serial number 2141456, pressure test at 225 atmospheres made on August 18, 1914, capacity of the entire cylinder 40 liters, weight of the entire cylinder 72.5 kg. The second bell - from the upper half of the cylinder mounted on an old decorated carbide lantern from the former street lighting of Bolimów - is located on the property at the Konopczyński Family Garning Workshop at 7 Dworska Street in Bolimów.
