I have the worst experience with this company. Their website stated that the products are in stock and will be dispatched within 3 days after the order is complete. Its already 20 days nothing has been delivered. I have tried to contact them several times, they dont respond to any emails, they don't pick phones, nothing. This company is not trustworthy, they will steal your money and they will not deliver your order and they will not communicate with you at all.

Zamowienie zlozone 1.1 i jestem bardzo zniesmaczona brakiem kontaktu ze sklepem Wyslalam 6 emaili i dzwonilam pod kazdy mozliwy nr Kontaktu brak towaru brak i pieniedzy tez brak Radze omijac szerokim lukiem a ja powiadamiam odpowiednie sluzby jezeli nadal sie ze mna nie skontaktuja Ja rozumiem ze pandemia brak towaru itp ale nic nie usprawiedliwia takiego ignorowanie klienta.

A total embarrassment, as long as two weeks after placing the order, the company deigned to pick up and inform me about the lack of products in the warehouse (although there was a message about its availability on the website), for the next months, despite attempts to contact, there is no response. Just like the product, there is no money. I advise against anyone buying at Klubfitness.pl. EDIT: Two days after adding the opinion, the package finally arrived, but nonetheless customer contact below any level ...

The lowest level of customer service possible. Absolute no contact with the store. Nobody answers the phone, nobody answers the e-mails. Encouraged by the first order, which went smoothly, I placed another one and it was a big mistake. Unfortunately, according to the law, the store has 30 days to complete the order, which means that it can wait in the store with the status "waiting for approval" for weeks. I would like to add that the ordered goods appeared as "in stock" so there are no grounds for delay in delivery. Fortunately, the purchase was made with cash on delivery. To sum up, the second and last purchase at Klubfitness.pl. I strongly advise against purchasing at Klubfitness.pl, especially purchases paid in advance.

No contact with the company. Nobody is answering the phones. No response to sent emails. On the klubfitness.pl website, products with the "New Product" status that cannot be added to the basket. The form from the page cannot be sent. Does this company still exist / function at all?
