I do not recommend ! A funeral wreath for PLN 250 was not worth the price. If not for the fact that he was received an hour before the funeral, I would not have taken it in my life. To place an order, I called the florist and, together with the owner, determined that the only flowers she can make a wreath from are lilies and carnations (I did not want roses, so she agreed to these flowers and I finally approved). Everything beautifully had a wreath for these flowers in the price range from 150-200 PLN, standing on a stand, the arrangement of flowers was to be heart-shaped. On the day of collecting the wreath, I was shocked. The wreath was arranged as if it were made of 15 roses (where lilies and carnations were to be approved). Not only were the flowers scarce, tea roses had wilted petals and obviously old petals were removed. I asked the owner to add flowers because the wreath looked shoddy, the only thing I was interested in was for what amount roses would be added. I clearly emphasized that for me the amount does not matter, but you said that she would not add flowers until I pay for them. New exactly roses can be seen that much fresher. Exactly any, some were struck harder in the sponge, others weaker, really seeing it I began to doubt that the lady who arranges it is a florist. The wreath when placing the order was to be standing on a stand, unfortunately the customer's requests are not met there because the wreath was lying (not to mention the flowers that were not what I approved). The next thing to pay attention to was imposed just like a heart-shaped wire - when placing an order, the flowers were to be arranged in the heart And not some wire just like a whip on flowers. The most laughable was the ribbon, which was written as if it were a first-class child (it was good that there was no mistake because I couldn't take it anymore). In my opinion, a florist is required to calligraphic writing that will please the eye, And will not be a laughing stock. In a word, if I could give a grade I would give -100. I will never recommend a florist, I will even advise against everyone. The service is not nice, together with the owner, who probably this florists runs as a punishment. Thank God that the florist next to the cemetery in Wieruszów improved this wreath because it really was a laughing stock for that money. I hope that the opinion will go to many people - because it was my first purchase and the last one - I ALL ADVISE against ANY SHOPPING!

Earlier, I was disappointed by the incident with the mail on which the owner did not have any influence on the day - it is explained by the owner herself, so I suggest if someone has a problem to say it directly instead of returning home and getting insulted. As for the flowers - three bouquets were ordered at the same time as they were supposed to be, very nice for which I thank you. The owner takes care of the client very much !!! She would not allow me to leave dissatisfied. And so it ended. I am happy and will come back here for sure. . . .

The bouquet may not have been ugly at first glance, but made of old flowers and yellowing accessories, nice service but it does not change the fact that I was slightly embarrassed by the look of my bouquet for an important family party.

I wanted to order a gift for my mother by flower mail, after not even a minute I hear another woman's voice in the handset, "finish quickly because customers are waiting". And I'm sorry, I'm not a client? I was disappointed 😔
