As far as I know the only restaurant in an area of 10km. Delicious food, huge portions and friendly waiters. Toilets very clean so I assume the kitchen is also ;) got my beer with a straw once but I am sure it was a mistake. The design of the wine card is amazing, best I have ever seen. Prices amazing for a Swiss but proba ly rather high for the area. The restaurant is located near an ancient castle.

Really delicious food. We tested a lot of dishes and were not disappointed in any of them. The portions are huge, but luckily there are no problems ordering smaller or slightly modified (in terms of ingredients) portions. The cheese and mushroom cream with pelmeni and pancakes are poetry. Breakfasts are nice too. For this very nice service. The inability to pay by card (and no ATM in the area) is quite problematic. I would also consider adding variety to the music in the room, because listening to "Voyage, voyage" stylized as Gregorian chant for a week every day spoils the atmosphere a bit 😉

The palace slowly rises from its ruins, but dinners in a nearby restaurant taste best. The recently restored entrance gate has joined the places worth seeing.
