Nice park around it. Well taken care of. You get nice paper tickets to get to climb the 180 steps to the tower. Amazing view of the area. Must see. You pay a small insignificant fee to go to the tower.

The complex itself is well kept. The view from the tower can be stunning for 10-15 minutes. Information about charging fees in the side showcases, you can also expect staff who want to collect fees from unaware fees only after visiting the tower. They do not accept card payments. There is no information on the door of the tower, neither about the fee, nor about the lack of a terminal.
