I am very dissatisfied with the service at the green zoo in the Manhattan Gallery. I am a regular customer and unfortunately the situation is always the same. I understand that there are other customers as well, but when I buy something I have to stand at least 15 minutes for the staff to be interested in me and to kindly approach me, you are always busy with someone else and the queue is getting bigger. The store is large and there is only one person per store. Once you catch fish, another time you tell someone about animals and there is no one at the cash register !!! Unfortunately, because of my reluctance to this zoological "Green zoo" I will follow your competition. I emphasize that the situation often took place in another facility in Nova Park. I am not slandering the shop staff (rather, they do not decide who employs whom and how many people) but if the owner wants to save on one employee and not hire another because it " too large an expense "let them think that customers can get impatient and will not want to go back there. Unfortunately, it works both ways ☺ The second problem is the treatment of animals. More than once I have seen animals have little water or no food at all. I thought that people who work in these types of places related to animals, I would look after them and take care of them and the animals are neglected. It is simply exploitation, no matter what conditions, it is important to sell. My advice is to learn how to properly care for pets. I do not recommend the store, vile treatment of animals, terrible conditions you can see that the store has a focus on maximum profit. Steer clear of it

Parrots are crowded in one cage and fight for territory, thanks to which they have plucked feathers :( please improve the conditions for the poor!
