Today I visited the Plus sales point. I am sorry to admit it was not a nice visit. The lady I spoke to was very unkind and treated me very rude, supporting me for something that did not happen. ;) Customer service by this lady leaves much to be desired.

One big bottom, the tricksters, once you sign the contract, they have you in ....., lack of knowledge, cannot explain what I have to pay for.

When you sign a contract, it's great. If you want to say a contract at this point, you will hear indignation from Agnieszka and everything about it. You are in line and will send you back in 30 seconds.
