Professional approach. We came from Barlinek with a fault with which the service in Barlinek did not want to undertake. You said it would take 2 hours but at the request and information that we came specially from Barlinek the fault was to be repaired in 1 hour and in fact after 40 minutes I got a phone call to report to the store for pickup. I would recommend a very nice professional service and I will certainly come back there with any problems with bicycles. Sometimes it is better to drive a bit further and be professionally served than to jerk with an amateur on site. greetings

I bought 2 bikes for children and then the next day a bike for my wife. I dismissed my site for review. In general, the service and atmosphere in the store had a significant impact on shopping, not the brand itself (I don't know about these). I recommend the store friendly service, professional advice. The whole family is happy, now just wait for sunny days and you can enjoy the ride. As for the Trek bikes themselves, I hope they will serve us for many years. They look solid and weigh relatively little. It's cool - I took my wife's bike for a while and it was a nice experience. Prices similar to other brands. I recommend and greet. As for service, I am also happy bike dusted after 4 years from the basement now walks like a bee.

It is not very common for a professional bicycle shop / service to treat the customer with the need for very little repair. At this point I was treated at the highest level and left PLN 30. I highly recommend. With major repairs certainly in Gorzów only at this address. Honestly, without weaving and stretching. I would recommend.
