We where having an issue with our bikepacking bikes and the guys here went above and beyond to help us out. Not only did they fix the problem for us, it required a little bit of creativity, they also offered us a place to charge our devices and have a couch to hang out for a while with a coffee. Really cool shop with great selection of Scott products.
