I definitely recommend a visit and the future purchase of your dream Ford in this place. I was met with such professional and specific service that in my case the problem was neither the distance purchase from abroad nor the fact that I live in Szczecin. The advisor, Mr. Michał, whom I cordially greet, offered to deliver the car to Szczecin, but it was with pure pleasure that I picked up the Fiesta personally in Gorzów. Thanks again for everything.

I will give three examples; I arrived in a Ford Transit, where the engine was not running smoothly at idle speed, service diagnosis, injectors and pump for replacement, initial cost about 10,000 PLN, making an appointment and that it was supposed to be in about a week, the car went to an electrician in Myśliborska in Gorzów because the marker lights on the container did not shine. In a conversation with an electrician, I say that the service will replace the pump and injectors, for which he checked one of the batteries (because the car had two batteries), and then installed a new battery for PLN 385 (the battery in the vehicle had one cell burned out) and the engine was ready works like a razor blade (as the electrician said, the control of the pump depends on the same battery), it took less than 30 minutes. The second example: the son bought a used Mondeo and gave it to the Gezet service for inspection before the purchase (cost PLN 385), the service found that the condition was adequate for the mileage, nothing disturbing was visible, then we buy a set of new winter tires, we go to the toe-in setting and We learn that it cannot be set up because the car is after an accident and has a "skewed" front, then the service technician takes us to the sewer and shows us where the car got and what is "patted" and can be replaced. He writes out a protocol with it all, then we contact the seller and after a short conversation with the court in the background, the seller takes the vehicle back. Third case: I want to buy a new focus but I was only interested in the 1.6 ecoboost engine. The sales guy shows me only 1.0-liter models and urges me to buy them. Since I do not want and I am asking for the 1.6 engine version, he says that they will have such a model in 10 days, I agree that he will call me as soon as the car arrives, then 3 weeks and silence pass, I call and ask about the vehicle and I hear that for now nothing will happen because no one is interested in such engines except me, so there is no point in bringing it to the service in Gorzów. Thank you for your reply, then after two weeks I buy a 1.6 ecoboost car from another Ford dealer. I dealt with the sales and service department. Please let everyone judge for themselves their "professionalism"

I advise against this site, avoid the widest possible arc. They exchanged gears for us, which cost us about 10k, the repair took place in the second half of 2017. Some two years passed, the car covered 30,000 km. and problems with the gearbox and clutch began. It turned out at another service technician that the box was not installed correctly, the computer was damaged during assembly and stuck with silicone. among others from this result, once again, we need to repair not only the transmission but also the clutch caused by computer errors. And this is called an authorized service, the money is probably hiding in the corners just like the parts that need to be replaced and defects that need to be shown to the customer at their fault during the review.
