I wouldn't be myself if I didn't share my opinion here. Two weeks ago, Mianowice and my mother visited the Mitsubishi showroom in Gorzów, because my mother wanted to buy a specific model of this brand car there. As it turned out, the showroom is split in half with the Suzuki showroom. Browsing through all Mitsubishi models, we felt something to cross the magical "border" of the showroom and enter the Suzuki "area". Fortunately, seeing the viewers watching the vehicles, Mr. Beniamin approached us, who with great joy and a smile on his face offered to tell us a bit about the brand and the vehicles available for sale. I must admit that we did not consider buying a Suzuki back then, we came for the Mitsubishi ASX. In fact, we never considered Suzuki as a brand that we could own the car from. We do not know personally, in close company or family, anyone who would own a car of this brand. We had no idea about her ... Everything changed on that day, thanks to Mr. Benjamin. Thanks to him, my mother is the happy owner of the new S-Cross since yesterday! We really do not know how it happened, but when Mr. Benjamin in such a beautiful way, with so much knowledge, commitment, passion, brought us a lot of information about these vehicles, we just knew that we cannot go home no by accepting at least one Suzuki model into our family. And this is how we got out of Suzuki in a magical way to get Mitsubishi. And here, at this point, I would like to thank you with all my heart, Mr. Beniamin, for your patience (we are not an easy customer - we are very tiring), passion, willingness, kindness and knowledge (you have extensive knowledge not only in the field of own Suzuki vehicles, but also knowledge of other brands, models, etc.) and commitment to learning about the customer's needs! It was thanks to this that we managed to choose the perfect model that meets all the expectations and needs of my mother. We have already had contact with many car showrooms of various brands - but we have never come across such a Customer Advisor in any of them, who has inspired us with such great trust and sympathy. Thank you very much for that! We can only really hope that the Management will appreciate Mr. Benjamin for a piece of good work, effort, commitment and knowledge that you put into your work. Until then, see you - as announced, we will come back to you (we will come especially from Bydgoszcz to buy a car from you again) for Vitara, who keeps us awake at night! :) We wish you success and prosperity!
