Poor service, asking the service about the length of the pad I did not receive any information. I checked it in the online store and it's good because I'm wearing the number 43, and I should buy a size 42 length. Inserts 27.5 cm. And I bought shoes not in an online store only. Poor commitment to customer service. Detriment!!!
