It's best if you are a customer willing to spend a few hundred bucks. Then the serving ladies are sweet and eager to help. The situation is different when you buy something cheaper, then do it yourself and do not bother. So the score is half and half.

I am here as a hostage to my wife;) As for the goods, for obvious reasons I will not speak, but I really like the attitude of the staff: nice, helpful, with a lot of knowledge about the goods sold, involved and at the same time not intrusive. A big plus for a professional approach to the client.

Thank you so much to all staff. Thank you for being so friendly to the client, for the fact that you can see joy in your faces when you serve the client with advice. I felt very respected by you. I am glad that it's nice and elegant.

Incompetent service lady, I showed perfume from the photo. I got another one, the gift for PLN 400 did not work out. I came 60 km to replace it, the saleswoman said it was impossible. Only when the boss reacted, something could be done, she had good business in it ... After the argument, they only mentioned that I paid PLN 400, and this perfum was on sale for PLN 200. Only when I left I noticed the price. I didn't have the nerves to hatch again I just wonder where the money went ... Attachment The consumer ombudsman will handle the matter.
