For several days I have been trying to connect by phone to the indicated phone numbers. Unfortunately, I hear the same thing over and over again, "you are first in line, please wait for a connection", no one is answering the same in other departments. I have the impression that this is a collusion because it only occurs in this court.

Personally, I submitted an application for a copy of the court order cost PLN 20. The waiting time is over 3 months and the lady on the hotline where I called 4 times each time says the same. That he can do nothing more than mark the reminder to send someone sooner.
