In addition, the model that was on offer came not. The man with whom I spoke after verification stated that this model was in the auction. I remind you that activcom is a moderator of the auction and you can change everything at any time. ... Then we go further. You had to take your computer personally to clean the keyboard. After receiving the beautiful, clean keyboard, I enjoyed three days - one of the keys fell off! The computer had to be taken personally to remove the "fault". After another three days, the same key began to wobble. The computer had to be taken personally. I was assured that this time a NEW keyboard would be installed. After 2.5 weeks, calling and asking about my property, I could pick up the computer! The keyboard has been replaced but not the new one but another one has been used with stickers and without backlight. I bought the computer with backlight and without stickers. The company explains that the highlight in this model is random and that the keyboard was Western European and that it was written in the auction. So why the first keyboard was without stickers if the auction says that there are stickers ??? Activcom is the auction moderator, everything can be changed. To sum up, one and a half months of running with a computer. As a result, I got a reduced-value computer without a backlit keyboard and with stickers on the keys. According to your manager, everything is ok, it is good and the matter has stopped. !!! I advise against shopping at activcom !!!

I completely advise against buying anything in this store (online? Landline?). Employees are misleading (one letter makes the difference in the equipment model), after buying on the invoice (receipt) no return possible if the goods were picked up in person. It is not possible to return the goods. I absolutely do not recommend buying anything even if you are from Gorzów, maybe you can return the goods if you buy online (which I doubt). You can buy similar equipment at Media Markt or Ekspert. Avoid this store over the internet.
