Excellent customer service!
I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I bought a phone at this point at the turn of January / February, for which I received a gift card worth PLN 160. At least that was what the saleswoman assured. After a month, while trying to buy something at a different ME point, it turned out that the card is all PLN 0. The scuffle between the hotline and the ME point lasted 7 months. Total spychology of the point in Gorzów. I had to report 3 times specifically at this point (I'm not from Gorzów!) To report the matter to the manager. The manager said he would take care of the case, but for several months he did nothing to sort it out. Finally, after a week of tiring the point in Gorzów by telephone, I was issued a new card. ATTENTION! AFTER WHICH I HAD TO PERSONALLY COME TO GORZÓW !!!
WITH THE CARD LEAVING NOVEMBER 20!
I didn't even hear a single word "sorry."
I finished the case for the sake of principle.
It is even worth going to another city, so as not to be nervous about SUCH customer service.
There can be cool promotions here
