Hello. One star is way too much. 12/01/2021 at 18:11 I ordered a pizza. The nice lady said on the phone that the waiting time would be up to 1.5 hours (valid "up to an hour and a half"). I asked the driver to have the terminal with him, I was assured by the nice lady that the driver always had the terminal with him. At 8:30 p.m. the intercom rang (I finally got it), the gentleman came (no gloves, no mask, cardboard with bare feet). As it turned out, you were replacing the driver (apparently suddenly around 18 were full of orders and the driver did not make it). Pizza cold, no terminal, refused to accept. The Lord turned out to be a beetroot without culture. First, he threatened me with the police (I have to accept it, because this gentleman says so), I replied that he should call, I would like to talk to the police about it. Locking the door to the apartment, he prevented me from pushing himself into the apartment (which was exactly what he pushed the door with with the hand in which he was holding the pizzas), demanding that we receive the order immediately. I asked where the terminal is (I was assured that the driver would have it), you said he would bring it. But the pizza is cold. I cannot reheat. A moment later I found out that this man was the company's manager and he was helping the driver. I do not know how it is that the lady on the handset is nice, polite and witty, the gentlemen who previously came to me were also cool, and the manager was a big boor. I will skip this gentleman's insulting me. I wish I had a "go-pro" webcam, the Department of Health would be interested.

After reviewing the reviews, I decided to order a pizza today 12/27/20. The pizza arrived in good time, but unfortunately when I opened the box, it turned out to be cold and the dough was a bit rubbery ... I had to reheat the pizza on my own in the oven .... Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering in this pizzeria. They had 200m from the pizzeria to me and they still didn't manage to deliver a hot pizza. Great pity and not worth the money.
