1 kg of ground curd
250 g of soft butter
1 and 1/3 cups of powdered sugar
6 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 ml cream 36%
4 tablespoons of potato flour
Beat the soft butter until it is fluffy, gradually add one yolk at a time, alternating with a spoon of powdered sugar, whisking the ingredients thoroughly all the time.
Reduce the speed of the mixer to medium, add the ground cheese and combine. Now add in turn: vanilla sugar, cream and potato flour, mixing all the ingredients until uniform. Finally, mix (gently but thoroughly) with the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Prepare a springform cake tin with a diameter of 26 cm, brush with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or ground almonds or line the bottom with baking paper.
Put the cheese mass in a springform pan and put in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C. Bake for 60 minutes. Cool the cheesecake gradually by removing it from the oven (first opening the door a little and slightly sliding the cheesecake out, finally remove it from the oven). Sprinkle the browned top of the cheesecake with powdered sugar or pour over the chocolate glaze.
Cookie recipe
Ingredients:
800 - 900 g crumbled cookies, cakes, muffins, etc. (without cream, without gelatin, without fruit, can be with nuts and raisins)
half a cup of milk
half a cup of sugar (if the cakes were sweet - skip)
half a cup of raisins, previously soaked (can be replaced with other dried fruit and nuts)
1 jar of jam, marmalade, jam (should be thick), about 350 - 400 g
125 g butter
almond oil or rum extract - to taste (you can also add a little alcohol)
4 tablespoons of nut or chocolate cream (e.g. nutella or peanut butter)
3-4 tablespoons of cocoa (if you used a lot of dark / chocolate cake leftovers you can give less)
For coating:
chopped nuts or grated coconut
chocolate glaze (your favorite - for me it is 200 g dark chocolate dissolved in a water bath with 125 g butter)
Cookies, crumbs finely, some can be left in larger pieces; Pour everything into the dish (I 'milled' the dough through a vegetable grater). If the cookies are made only of leftover cakes, it is worth adding some dry biscuits to it.
Boil milk, sugar, butter and cocoa together. Cool slightly and mix with crushed cakes, jam, nut cream, oil, possibly with alcohol. Add raisins or other favorite delicacies. Knead everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Form balls from the prepared mass, coat them in chocolate coating and then in nuts or chips. Set aside to the concentration. If the resulting mass turns out to be too soft, just cool it in the fridge or add some cakes.
Note: I made half a portion, so many bait-teras come out of it all!
Bon Appetit :-).

WAFFLES:
COMPONENTS
OKAY. 6 PIECES
1 and a half glasses of wheat flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of powdered sugar or crystal
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil (eg sunflower) or melted butter
1 and 1/3 glass of milk
ADD NOTICE
PREPARATION
Pour the flour into a bowl, add baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix everything and then add eggs, vegetable oil and milk. Mix with a mixer to a smooth mass, only to combine the ingredients. The dough can be set aside to rest (for about 15 minutes), but this is not necessary.
Heat the waffle maker. Waffle the bake for about 3 - 3.5 minutes or for the time specified in the waffle maker instructions. We put the dough on with a dipper and the convex side of the spoon spread the dough exactly on the whole surface.
Waffle the waffles after baking on a metal grill. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour in maple syrup. Or serve with your favorite ingredients such as marmalade, jam, fruit and whipped cream.
Lesson hours sucked lack of space in classrooms and in the corridor only teachers cool but I do not recommend school
