Not nice service. I was treated foul by the staff when I entered the store 10 minutes before closing. The service lady, instead of providing help, went through the entire store and all the time commented on something, including the comment "you had to think beforehand". I finally made the purchase, the receipt was printed 2 minutes before closing. But I know that I will not go back there again.

I bought shoes for a child yesterday evening, today it was only about exchanging for a larger size and what - NO! Never! It's not lumpex! It's hard for my wife to get the child's shoes wrong. And what are we left with for small shoes for PLN 140. And the manager took me the receipt and did not give it back, no one answers the phone either - just a tragedy.

Complaints in this store rejected immediately. Purchase made 2 months before submitting the complaint. Poor customer approach.
