Today with my wife, between 12-13 I was at Pepco on Myśliborska street in Gorzów. While standing in the queue, we noticed that some customer of the store has a problem understanding what it means - to wear a mask. She just didn't have it. We got the attention of an employee at the checkout who didn't even bother to answer. We asked why this person had been allowed into the store without a mask - the employee only dismissed her reply that it was not hers - keeping the masks at customers - only the security guard. We asked for the shift manager - we received a reply that the manager was not there. :) On our way out, we asked the security guard why he allowed to enter the shop without a mask - the security guard said that it was the employees' responsibility, not his. An embarrassing spycholandia. PEPCO exposes other customers to health loss. Hope somebody takes care of it. I do not wish anyone to be sick with COVID and I know what that means. Even that not very smart lady who didn't care to wear a mask. The last time I was shopping at this store.

There is a gray pouf next to the window with a clip attached, and on the clip the price is PLN 14.99, scrawled with a claw. An original label with a price of PLN 60 is pinned at the bottom. So I look around the pouf to see if it has a defect if such a promotion. Not seeing anything, it loads into the basket because it's a great deal. But seeing the saleswoman, I decide to make sure. I did not have time to finish the question, the Lady barely glanced at the contents of my basket and said that "the price is on the tag, it is only the price on the clip". So I'm asking for what? The lady stubbornly repeats "this is only the price on the clip". So I ask if, since I pointed it out, it would not be possible to break this price to avoid someone's disappointment at the checkout after 15 minutes in the queue. And you said that you would have to go to the cash register, unstick ... So I put the pouf in its place. I'll be back tomorrow to see if anything has been done about it.

Only 1 star for service. Before that, I had no objections. Now the cashier has been changed, to a young girl waving her arms, talking to customers with the so-called with an olewatorian smile. This is not the time to allow yourself to do so. Nice service that was passed to the newly opened point. And no wonder ... The customers are there .... Not here.

Not quite that the ladies are not able to do their job, it is insane to make a call! No words! And before someone writes about spelling, I'm not Polish and I will go as far as I can and I think if someone wants to read it !!

I have never had reservations about this store, but recently I was at 18:40 and you did not let me go to the store, because it is open until 19. Since it is open until 19, I have the right to enter this hour. I understand that it needs to be settled later, etc. Well, that's the job.
