Lack of organization, no logical plan, a person working in a travel agency should think about setting meal times different than breakfast at 7.45 am and the next meal at 7.00 pm in the absence of free time, even 5 minutes in the store. The pilot addresses the participants disrespectfully, it is impossible to talk to her.
