Occupational medicine - dramatic organization - lost 2 FULL days !!! The secretaries were very efficient, but 2/3 points were tested each at different times between patients ... waiting for an appointment, on average, 3-4 hours for each doctor, especially occupational medicine. How does this relate to COVID restrictions ???

The approach to the patient can be summed up in two words: rudeness and ignorance. I waited over two weeks for the important results from the laboratory and every time I asked for them, I was rudely told to wait. Today I said that I would not leave the clinic until they found them and I heard that when I was in a hurry, I could do tests in the hospital. The results were magically found - they were ready 2 days after the samples were taken and they lay on the desk for over 10 days because the lady at registration was not in the mood to look for them. I omit the comment when hanging up the headphones "they ring and turn their ass" ...

This clinic is only for closure! Ladies on registration are probably paid for drinking coffee and gossiping! They defraudly hang up the phone when someone tries to get through. Apart from the nurse, Mrs. Ani, every other person there is so rude that you do not want to ask about anything (especially at registration) and not very competent, starting with a dermatologist! Which heals for completely different ailments than the ones you have. You have to go to vaccinations and look for someone who will kindly come, because of course talks are more important!

The lady from registration is probably paying for drinking the jackdaw. You can't get through in the morning or in the afternoon. I've been calling for 40 minutes, half of the time there was a signal but no one answered. When the signal disappeared, it was permanent. The phone is turned off there?

Overall, the approach to the patient, the ladies at the reception, is a mockery. Lack of culture and pure rudeness. Rude responses and no competence to work in such a place. Receiving the test results is almost a miracle. Either they pretend they are looking and say there is no, or they say too soon, wait. And when I finally saw the date when the results were generated, they were ready for a few days ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SURGERY!
