The service is nice, but expensive and they stretch "as if something is included in the price, eg NW", and in fact you pay for it anyway. The agency gets its profits for better sales. Many companies work similarly, but the "transparency" of shopping is what I expect as a customer. I do not encourage, I do not advise against, but as a long-time customer I thank you for further cooperation.
