After more than a month of waiting, I arrived at the agreed time for the collection of the aquarium, on the spot the lady quickly pasted with me the last reinforcement to it turned out that there was no agreed cover glass. The aquarium looked like someone was just learning to glue them and to do it quickly. The top only one of the 4 edges fit perfectly, the side window escaped with the top 3mm to the inside of the aquarium. The owner, wanting to prove that they are not 3mm, went for a 3mm thick block and was a bit surprised. As if that wasn't enough on the other hand, the side window on the connection with the front also escaped along the entire length and there was an excess of silicone protruding there, which I heard that after all I will reach it at home ... Of course, Mr. Dennis whom I was dating was out of place because he had to go somewhere although he knew what time to come, the owner blamed everything on his son because he stuck it so I have to get along with him, unfortunately the problem is that Mr. Dennis answered 15 calls once. The Lord for the lack of glass and tragically glued aquarium on which no one even did a leak test offered me a 50 PLN discount. Of course, I did not agree and Mr. Dennis said that he is sorry for the situation and that next week it will bring me an aquarium for free to Krakow. A week passes, I call, of course, I do not answer, so I am texting, but next week, next week, again, so I do not write anything, it turns out that there is no glass so in a week / two I have to pay 100 PLN and collect the aquarium in person 🤯 Having said enough, that if a company (this is how a company should work together, not that one person blows it over because they did not) is not able to glue the aquarium well within a given period, please return the advance payment. Of course, Mr. Dennis wrote that he would return so I wait, I wait after 2 weeks, I write and find out that the note forgot to write that I still need my transfer details, although he has the account number and the details of the transfer that I did. I've been fighting for a refund for more than a month and if you have to, I will bring your case, I have all the e-mail and text messages where everywhere the advance is mentioned. So with this little long entry, I hope I showed you how this company works, I don't recommend it.

At this point, you can only order to size or buy a ready-made aquarium, we will not buy other products here.

Opinions with one star, in which people write about "poor commute" are unfair. Manufacturer of aquariums - and the aquariums are doing really good. Another baniak will be from Niemodlin and so much from me.

I do not recommend.
