Hello. I generally warn against the PLUS network. I will not use all words about people working in this company. Well, I will briefly describe my situation. During the term of the contract we persuaded us to change the offer Altough we wanted on the number of Internet abroad in the EU (one of us is working abroad). At the Plus agency in Lębork, a nice incompetent gentleman thought that he did the right thing, only that he mixed up the phone numbers and instead of my spouse's number he received additional internet abroad. The action takes place in June, today we have 9 September. Why? Well, we were deceived first that we must terminate the new conditions and repeat with changing numbers. You took care of the matter next to you in the desk because the gentleman I mentioned is not too bright about it. Also further activities with a nice lady ... so first you submit applications by phone giving your employee data somewhere to the higher instances (we are sitting) later we receive information that next month everything will be playing. So July and shit, we get a lot of text messages that something turned on and off something and something considered. So we wait further, from the lady at Plus we receive information that the next settlement period (i.e. 9th August) and we can approach everything, etc. ok we are waiting. So on August 9 we are and again ass. The lady is calling again to those above who were to prepare the offer and ass. Nobody knows anything, please submit your application again and after the billing period the terms of the contract will be new. So today, September 9th, a new period came after another month of waiting, we're going to Plus agency and what? The ass ... So the queue came out while waiting that we got to this long-haired man with no competence of the guy (but the nice lady next to had already asked to wait for her, fearing that the colleague would spierd something ** and again) but nevertheless she let him check if the offer was just active by phone number, so he checked and found that everything was ready. Ok so we keep waiting for you. It is our moment to sit down, the lady enters the offer and there the decision that the offer is available but no offer. And now the lady is calling "those above" again, giving her employee swift, etc. And she has received information that she has to submit the application again haha ​​.. some eggs normally. And we have to wait again until the end of the next billing period ... So we gave up, the second number ends the contract in February next year, so until this moment and we will not cooperate with this grandpa company that does not respect people and does eggs from people. A bunch of untrained morons and brothels on wheels. Let someone will read it and order there that other people do not have to go through such a fuss as we are.
