I advise against buying customer service is not nice the purchased equipment after two days does not work as it should, moreover, when it comes to the complaint, they do not return money or do not want to undertake the repair claim that the complaint is considered within 24 hours from the date of purchase

RMA / 676/2020/08 / LEB Good day. Nobody has been answering my calls and emails for two days. The gentleman who picked up the laptop informed me that on the 13th I would get information about the price and the problem. The laptop was accepted on August 11, 2020. I don't often have the trouble to give someone unflattering opinion. In this case, I agree with the negative comments posted by others. I have also been waiting for a few weeks, where when I returned the equipment I heard that it would take 2-3 days. There used to be people who actually managed to deal with defects in 2-3 days. Now? Sometimes they are kept after 2-3 months and you have to come back with a complaint - the experience of a close friend. If anyone is going to use their services, I advise against. In addition, there is a lack of information on the cost of repair, not to mention the parts and putting a man after such a long time "under the wall" type: "you fix? Don't take it and fall"
