One big tragedy! This is my first opinion on Google because I have not yet encountered such a lack of professionalism and lack of respect for the customer. It's just that no one has ever upset me like the pseudo employees of this store. I understand that in these times it's hard to find people to work, but what's going on hahahaha For the sake of your wallet and health, I recommend to avoid this store with a wide berth! In general, the purchase was finalized, the floor panels are not from the same batch, we miraculously put 1/3 of these panels so that the rest looks like a basket, and the store washes hands, the slats for the panels are packed by color blinders! 3 types of slats for gray panels. I haven't seen anything like this yet. Total lapel, and hands fall down,

Tragedy. There have never been crowds there, but it is hardly possible for them to call back the customer who is waiting for their paid goods. "I didn't have time to call back", so you have to bother yourself. In addition, at the time of complaint, the customer is treated by the seller as zero. No words ..

I made an appointment more than 2 weeks ago. In the meantime, one call from 10 days ago like "I'll be in 10min", Monday at 1pm. Of course, this is not the time when you sit for 4 days in a row waiting for them. We asked for a translation. No contact since then. I called the store, they did not give the number to the people responsible for the measurement, they said they would contact them. And so we wait. And nothing. When choosing flooring strips in the store, also zero customer interest. The measurement has finally taken place. professionally made. I thought it was a good sign, but no ... more than a month has passed since I ordered the moldings. The assembly was supposed to take place over a week ago ... I do not recommend. Not honest about deadlines. Very hard contact.
