I've been snowboarding for 5 years and teaching different people on the snow. Yesterday I tried skimondo for the first time with my brother-in-law and I've been very positively surprised by how quick it's possible to learn the basics in skimondo carpet. Never seen that progress happening on the snow during 1 hour before! If you never skied or snowboarded before and you plan to go to the mountains - definitely go and take a couple of lessons in skimondo before, that way when you reach the real snow you won't waste your time, will be safer and have more fun.
