The service is embarrassing, as someone has already written. No savoir vivre. I came to this branch while on vacation. Zero interest in people who enter the bank. They send from friend to friend because honorable ladies do not have time. I didn't do anything because the woman who finally served me didn't even know the basic information about the given Alior Account. I told her about the conditions of charging, etc. she was surprised, and the best part is that she finally admitted that she has such an account. For training on Culture in Banking, I invite you to Radom. The difference is huge. I appreciate my department now.
