I was on Friday 2 weeks ago but it was closed (no information on the website). I was a week later to change my phone number for authorization. I waited almost an hour, because only 2 of the 3 employees present in the room were servicing. To the gentleman who took me after that hour, the printer broke, so instead of printing documents confirming the change of my the phone number ignored it, waved his hand and said it wasn't that important and the number had been changed anyway. Well, he didn't stay. I still can't make transfers because the authorization code comes to the old number. In this way, I wasted PLN 16 on tickets for the journey and a total of 3 hours of life and I did not arrange anything. I decided to close my account here and move to somewhere where they treat the client seriously.

Constant queues and staff shortages. This is the main domain of the CA bank and this branch in Sopot
