Embarrassing customer service 5 employees in the windows receive one window, serving one customer 30 min and the rest looks and pretends to do something. The payment took me an hour and tomorrow it's time to change the bank. I highly recommend this place !!!!

Embarrassingly low level of service. Wanting to make a check for a refund from the USA, I was accused of asking "why are there other points," and I was asked what to enter in the boxes confirming the receipt of the check, as if I was an employee of this institution. I chose this point by accident because it was on the way from Gdańsk to Gdynia. The service lady suggested that there was a tendency to send these checks to them. After all, this is not my problem, I chose the first better point. Regardless of which one I choose, the services provided are the same everywhere. Unfortunately, the service level is different. I do not recommend!!!!! It's better to avoid it.
