I am very pleased with the service and the loan itself. Efficient and competent service. Everything explained very professionally and matter-of-factly. Good communication. Compared to other banks, a lot of cash positions. I have never waited in large queues as I still do in another bank. Very nice branch director. I recommend you go to Mrs. Anita for a mortgage. I already know why PKOBP goes down on p. 1 hour waiting and 4 people in line and three served by 3 positions. Avoid the wide angle and not just this branch but the PKOBP bank
