On 14/01/2021 I came to the bank to remind the client number, before the branch was closed (at 3:50 pm, at 4:00 pm). The case literally for 2 minutes. One of the ladies in customer service immediately after I entered the branch in dark hair said to me "just hurry up, we are closing in 10 minutes". Is this correct customer service? Not only does the customer feel guilty that he comes 10 minutes before closing (due to the opening hours of the point when most people work - 9/16), he also wants to settle the matter quickly - the service is openly complaining about it and paying attention that the customer is late. I suggest extending the working hours during the week or stop complaining to the client that it comes 10 minutes. before close.

A department with excellent customer service, the director and people serving clients are extremely cordial and focused on real customer assistance. I am their client, and I would not trade this branch for any other. A warm, wonderful atmosphere, I recommend it to everyone 👏😊
