Tragic service! I lost an hour waiting in queue to the lady to whom I was redirected, at the moment when my turn came the lady got up and said that she did not serve and she was surprised that I was waiting for her. Ignorance and total lack of respect for customer time!

I have tragically waited a long time and the thread. No exaggeration but 50 min to the customer service window? I was the first in the queue. And after the client has gone, you say that for a while ... and this moment is still 15 minutes ??? It is difficult but I do not recommend

Total failure, they don't respect their customers, service sucks. They mislead people by pulling deposits into which only the bank gains. I do not recommend!
