It was better when it was Raiffeisen Pol bank . Now they have a bigger office but worst customer service.

Highly unprofessional, they refuse to speak english with you. Went there today to deposit some cash on my account and on 3 workers available, none of them was able to speak english, they refuse to assist me. Despite of the lack of skills (english should be mandatory nowdays in Banks and so on) they are really rude and unpolite. Not recommended at all. Shame on you.

Not enough staff, often small queues. When a bank employee served me, more profitable clients came and then the bank employee started demanding documents that I did not have with me. Accordingly, the action was not completed and postponed. The next day in another branch of the same bank, another employee did this action without the required document.

Brazen attempts to sell "anything", collecting information about the state of corporate banking at BNP, even though they do not have access to it and, in fact, cannot help. No interlocutor / advisor inspires trust, conversations on the verge of slyness (similar approach to the client). Often, when dealing with things, there is nobody to talk to (even before covid), everyone is "very busy". I heartily do not recommend it.
